Pieter Janss de Raedt, wonende te Rhoon, verklaart, hoewel hij als de oudste zoon van wijlen Jan Pieterss de Raedt eigenaar is van de door zijn vader nagelaten twee perecelen leenland, volgens een leenbrief d.d. 16-02-1621 gelegen in de Eyffele in Pernis, dat deze landen zullen blijven ten profijte van hem en zijn broers en zusters tot het overlijden van hun moeder Neeltge Willemsdr,die het land nog in bezit heeft. Cornelis Janss de Raedt verklaart dat het perceel land van 5½ gemet, gelegen in het buitenland van Roon en genaamd 'het Broeckge' dat in zijn bezit is, tenprofijte van hem en zijn broers en zusters komt.
