De overledene is opgebaard in de rouwkamer van he Prot. Chr. Streekziekenhuis, Bennekom; bezoek aldaar en gelenheid de familie te condoleren, zaterdag 13 december van 19-20 uur.
De rouwdienst wordt gehouden dinsdag 16 december in gebouw ·Äòt Kerkheem, achter de Oude Kerk te Bennekom, welke aanvangt om 11:15 uur, waarna de teraardebestelling om 12:00 uur op de Nieuwe Algemene Begraafplaats aldaar.
Degenen die de rouwdienst wensen bij te wonen worden verzocht om 11:00 uur in voornoemd gebouw aanwezig te zijn.
Gelegenheid tot condoleren na afloop der begrafenis in gebouw ·Äòt Kerkheem.
